Equitable Training for Washington’s Diverse Childcare Workforce and Community
What We Offer
Voices of Tomorrow offers free, high-quality training opportunities for licensed and aspiring childcare providers, as well as adult learners from the broader community. Our culturally responsive trainings are offered in multiple languages and are designed to support both personal and professional growth. All of our sessions are DCYF-approved and eligible for STARS hours, making them accessible and impactful for early learning professionals. Through these trainings, we aim to foster professional development, strengthen community capacity, and promote collective well-being.

What Are STARS Hours?
STARS hours are required professional development credits for early learning professionals in Washington State. These trainings are tracked through MERIT, the state’s official system for managing your professional record.
Our trainings are designed to help you:
- Meet licensing and renewal requirements.
- Understand child development, safety, trauma, and equity.
- Grow within a supportive, culturally responsive learning community.
